2D PVC

3D PVC

PVC Is Molded, Not Stitched
PVC patches are made by filling a mold with liquid PVC color by color. This is different from 3D puff embroidery, which uses thread stitched over foam.
Complex gradients and photographic artwork usually require another production method, such as sublimated patches.

Which backings work with PVC?
Hook-and-loop and sew-on are common for PVC. Heat seal is generally not recommended because PVC is heat-sensitive.
