Artwork & Intellectual Property Policy

Your logo, artwork and brand identity are important.

We respect that.

At QualityDigitizingUSA, customer artwork is used to review, prepare and produce the services or products requested.

Your original artwork remains yours.

Uploading your logo or design does not transfer ownership of that original artwork to QualityDigitizingUSA.

You give us permission to handle and reproduce it as needed to evaluate and fulfill your requested project.

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own it or have the permission necessary for the requested commercial use.

This applies to:

• Logos
• Trademarks
• Brand graphics
• Illustrations
• Photographs
• Team or organizational emblems
• Licensed characters
• Third-party artwork
• AI-generated designs subject to platform or third-party rights

We may request additional information when the right to reproduce a design is unclear.

We reserve the right to decline artwork requests when we reasonably believe they may infringe someone else’s rights or violate applicable law.

We create production files based on the service and deliverables agreed to in your order.

Once the applicable order is paid for, customers may use the supplied final files for the agreed commercial purpose, subject to the rights they hold in the original artwork.

Editable native source files, working files, or additional formats are included only when specifically listed in the agreed deliverables.

General production methods, reusable templates, software tools and unrelated proprietary materials remain with their respective owners.

We can review AI-generated designs for cleanup, vector recreation and production preparation.

However, an AI-generated image may require manual reconstruction or simplification.

Customers are responsible for confirming they have the necessary rights to use submitted AI-generated content commercially.

We do not guarantee that an AI-generated design is original, trademark-safe or free of third-party rights.

We don’t publish your submitted artwork as a completed customer project without your permission.

We may use it with authorized service providers when necessary to complete your order, subject to appropriate protections.

Our Privacy Policy explains how customer information and uploaded files are handled.

We will request your permission before using identifiable customer artwork or completed customer work in our public portfolio, advertising or promotional materials.

Illustrative examples used on our website are not represented as actual customer orders unless clearly identified and verified as such.
