Service availability and specifications may vary by project.

Submitting a quote request does not require you to purchase.

Quotes are prepared based on the artwork, size, quantity, materials and other details provided.

We may need to review the artwork before confirming a final price.

A submitted order request is not proof that payment was collected or production has started.

An order proceeds according to the confirmed payment and approval arrangements.

All displayed prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

Standard embroidery digitizing prices are based on the longest finished dimension for eligible standard designs.

Specialty digitizing, unusually intricate artwork, large designs and additional reconstruction may require custom pricing.

Any additional charges will be explained and agreed to before we proceed.

We do not apply undisclosed surcharges.

Physical custom patch pricing may depend on size, quantity, construction, backing, artwork and other confirmed requirements.

We encourage customers to carefully review their submitted artwork and any proof or specifications provided.

Actual stitch-out results can also depend on machine condition, stabilizer, garment material, thread and embroidery setup.

Small production characteristics can vary depending on the material and method.

The accepted quote or order confirmation will identify applicable payment requirements.

Production does not begin merely because a customer submits a website form.

We will explain the applicable payment and approval process before work proceeds.

We may decline requests involving suspected unauthorized use of copyrighted works, trademarks or protected designs.
